Hahaha -Maureen, you and my daughter would get along so well – she seems to have mastered the art of brown nosing – so well that she managed to talk her teacher into giving her group extra time to turn in a project when the teacher said no to every other group!Btw – these brioche buns are so light and fluffy – remind me of the ones at a bakery I used to work at during my college years!I really love bread recipes.. and these buns are absolutely lovely. There are no preservatives so the rolls are only excellent on day one and okay on day 2. My techo best friend and top recipe tester has already fixed it.You smart little lady.
