This easy and very tasty omelette will impress anyone and they will never have omelette any other way after tasting this! If not, then add 1 tbsp water.Add 3 cups of water, bring mix to boil then simmer for 10 minutes or until gravy thick to your liking. Just asking! Omelet!!! It really don't need much garam masala, eggs give it ton of flavor on it's own. Once spices are nice and toasted, add in tomatoes, green pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Good you asked!
